The process begins by creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can comfortably explore your thoughts and emotions. Many challenges are buried deep within the subconscious, and my approach is designed to rapidly uncover and address those hidden barriers. Through this method, I will guide you toward quick, lasting transformation, helping you overcome obstacles and move forward with clarity and confidence.

STEP ONE
A LITTLE BACKGROUND HISTORY
To begin, I’ll have you fill out an intake form where you can share, to whatever degree you feel comfortable, the issues that are holding you back or that you’d like to work on. This form will also ask for some family history to help uncover the possible origins of your challenges. This background information gives us valuable insight into patterns and experiences that may be affecting you, allowing us to approach your healing journey with a deeper understanding.
STEP TWO
PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION
Before we begin the hypnotherapy session, we’ll take time to go over your intake form together. This allows us to discuss any issues or concerns in more detail and ensure you feel fully understood. During this step, I’ll also walk you through what to expect during the hypnotherapy session, explaining the process and answering any questions you may have. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, informed, and confident before we begin the deeper work.


STEP THREE
THE HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION
Step two is the hypnotherapy session, which is designed to gently guide you into a relaxed state where we can access the deeper layers of your subconscious to reveal the origins of your challenges. It's important to know that hypnotherapy is not scary, and you are in full control the entire time. The session can be done sitting or lying down, either in person or over Zoom, depending on your preference. I will walk you through each step to ensure you feel completely comfortable and supported throughout the process.
STEP FOUR
POST SESSION REVIEW
After the hypnotherapy session, we’ll take time to discuss what was uncovered during your journey into the subconscious. Together, we’ll review the insights gained and explore how they relate to the challenges you’ve been facing. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan to support your continued progress. This step ensures that you leave with clarity, direction, and a sense of empowerment as you move forward on your healing journey.


STEP FIVE
PERSONALIZE HYPNOTHERAPY RECORDING
As part of your ongoing journey, I will create a personalized hypnotherapy recording tailored specifically to your needs and the insights we’ve uncovered. This recording is designed to reinforce the positive changes and breakthroughs from our sessions, allowing you to continue the healing process at your own pace. You can listen to it as often as you like, helping to deepen your transformation and keep you aligned with your goals in a comfortable and supportive way.
STEP SIX
ONGOING SUPPORT
Your journey doesn’t end after the session. For the next 21 days, I’ll provide ongoing support to help you navigate any issues or questions that arise as you continue your transformation. This includes check-ins and adjustments to your personalized hypnotherapy recording if needed, ensuring it remains effective and aligned with your progress. My goal is to offer guidance and encouragement as you integrate the changes into your life, giving you the support you need to fully embrace your growth and transformation.
