What areas of your life would you like to work on?
I want to work on the anxious attachment style I have. I also think I get addicted to people for their validation. I think I may have abandonment and self worth issues that just manifest that to happen to me every time I start talking to someone. I have been stuck in a cycle of relationships never going anywhere because I subconsciously manifest that I am not worthy of commitment and I live in constant fear of them leaving me for someone better. This causes me so much anxiety and depression. I don't really ever feel ok or happy unless the boy I am with is constantly showing up for me until they don't anymore. This has been a cycle I have been stuck in for several years and not until recently has it been something I am aware of.
What is the biggest challenge that you wish to work on during your session?
I want to feel so happy and worthy and secure in myself that I do not need the external validation from people. I know that once I get rid of the limiting beliefs I have that the people in my life will also reflect the positive changes back to me. I also want to get rid of the anxiety and depression that these things cause me.
Have you tried to do anything about this before now? If so, what?
Yes, since about September of 2024. I tried for months to listen to sleep audios with affirmations to heal my self concept but I only ever see small changes. I am never able to keep the things I manifest into my life because I subconsciously do not feel worthy of them and I self sabotage it. I also recently started talk therapy but I have not yet found any improvements with it.
EXPECTATIONS:
Healing my anxious attachment, no more anxiety/depression, attracting more positive relationships and communication into my life.

I recently have been talking to a boy for the past few months, not seriously, but recently we have been back at school and hanging out a lot. This weekend when we were out I think my needy desperate energy for him to be with me at all times repelled him away. We decided to take a little break from each other Saturday night, because he does not know emotionally what he wants and doesn't know if he is ready for anything or not. I know that this is a direct reflection of my abandonment issues and self worth issues I just really want to change the way people show up for me and I am hoping that this time of us being apart for me to work on myself will attract him to show up for me the way I want him to. I have been extremely upset and anxious about this situation since it happened I just want to feel ok with space. Not need external validation to be happy.
